Meet Monica, Your Partner for Better Living

I believe everyone deserves a life that feels good — a life with steady energy, restorative sleep, a calm gut, and the confidence to move through each day with ease. For more than 30 years, I’ve helped adults navigate the real challenges that get in the way of feeling well: stress, fatigue, digestive issues, weight concerns, and the pressure of balancing work and life. My approach is grounded, evidence‑based, and deeply personal. I meet you where you are, listen to what’s really going on, and help you create sustainable change that supports the life you want to live.

I’ve spent my career in clinical settings, supporting people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. What I’ve learned is simple: when someone feels better, everything in their world improves. That belief guides my work today ,helping people reclaim their health so they can reclaim more life.

I’m a Bay Area native with a deep love for gardening, hiking, plants, crafts, and music. Movement has always been part of my life, I’ve run many marathons and spent decades helping others discover the joy of feeling strong and capable. These passions shape the way I work: grounded, balanced, and centered on helping you create a life that feels good inside and out.

If you’re ready to feel better in your body and more present in your life, I’d love to talk with you. Let’s explore what “more life” could look like for you and create a path that supports your goals, your energy, and your wellbeing.

My Approach

I look at the whole picture — your lifestyle, stress, routines, digestion, sleep, and the demands of daily life. With a blend of clinical expertise and a deeply human approach, I help you understand what’s really getting in the way of feeling your best.

Together, we create a realistic, supportive plan that fits your life. No quick fixes. No overwhelm. Just evidence‑based guidance and steady, meaningful progress toward a life that feels better from the inside out.

What I Believe

Your health should support your life, not limit it. You deserve clarity instead of confusion, confidence instead of frustration, and a plan that honors your real life — not an idealized version of it. Feeling better is possible at any age, and small, intentional changes can create powerful transformation.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who want to feel better in their bodies and more present in their lives. Many of my clients are navigating low-energy, disrupted sleep, digestive discomfort, stress, or the frustration of trying to make changes that never seem to stick. They’re not looking for another diet or quick fix, they’re looking for clarity, support, and a path that finally makes sense.

My clients are thoughtful, motivated, and ready for a more grounded approach to their health. They want to understand what’s really going on, build habits that last, and create a life that feels lighter, calmer, and more aligned with who they want to be.

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place. My work is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward meaningful, lasting change.

Credentials

My work is grounded in decades of clinical experience, coaching, movement, and community leadership. I bring a blend of science, compassion, and real‑world understanding to every client I support.
